This is a very bad flop for a CB. You'll get called too often for your liking without a good plan for the later streets.

Turn bet I like and river is a call as played, he'll show you a lot of missed draws.

I wouldn't CB an unknown but I thought it was ok against a 19-15 whose range consists of mainly low pp's.
