If his range is KK, JJ and AK, you have 46.5% equity. If you add KQ, KJ, and maybe some draws, it's a mistake to fold this, even facing a pot sized raise.
Though I think KK and AK are less likely to be in his range given he overcalled your 3bet pf.
Poker is silly.
