Huckabees - 2004(just saw this...and it has some really weird scenes but some excellent dialogue between Hoffman and Wahlberg, and Tomlin and Schwartzman own as well)
The Band's Visit - 2007(Just saw this last night in the theater; pretty decent movie, it might move a little slow, but obviously because of the location of the film and the whole story, it's understandable and effective.)
