Bad spot against against regular (NL$100)

Ok I just moved to stars because Full Tilt is rigged, I have questions on these two hands.

Hand #1) Villain is an 8-tabling regular I have 50 hands on. He has 23/20ish stats so far. He stacked me a few hands ago in a 3-bet pot when I had AA vs KK and he CRAI on a TT3 flop (and he was the 3-bettor). I 3-bet him recently with 22 from the sb when he opened the button, and C/F a 89Tss flop.

Why is he risking a free card here if he has me beat?
If I do fold here, am I folding everything in my range but a full house?

I think I'd almost certainly raise the flop, infact I'd raise it 100% of the time here.

His line is fucking weird, I'll give you that. This could be a oddly played overpair, or something like or

Do you think he could be getting all trappy with something like pocket aces etc?
