Possibly value bet river thin in these two hands? (200NL 6m)

Villain is a donk. A fish. A drooler, etc... I can't remember his stats off hand though (I think they might have been in the 50/10 range or something like that)

Would you ever raise that river lead? Do you think a donk would ever call with worse (Like KQ, KJ, AQ, etc...)?

Villain is gauchoBluffs. He is a regular, but his stats are a little bit different that most regulars in tha the runs like 24/16 or so (Calls more PF. Most regular have tighter VPIP & PFR numbers). I haven't seen him in a while, so maybe he was at higher/lower stakes or on a break (I don't know if that is relavent though, heh)

First Question: Would you c-bet this flop out of position? I hit Top Pair on the turn and fire a 2nd barrel and he calls. This ok?

Now on to the river: Do I fire again? Check/call? Check/fold?

I like a call in hand 1. I like Pok 7s thoughts on why.

As for hand 2, I think there is value on the river. Definitely bet/fold this river. He will call with 88-TT, 78, etc. On the flop though, this CB is a tad over optimistic. Still, since he calls pre more than most I would think he has more QT, KJ type stuff in his range so if he's not a floataholic then the CB isn't necessarily bad, but certainly there are better boards for it.

Hand 2: I checked, intending to call a 1/2 - 3/4 size bet because I put him on 75, 65, 55, or 54 and I beat 3 of those. I had a hard time putting him on a set because I think a set raises that flop. He checked behind with

#2) Most people dont bet those hands you listed. They are happy to get to showdown. You need to start bet / folding more often on the river. It took me a long time to figure that out but its made a huge difference. I think he wouldve called $40ish most every time.
