Hand 2: I agree that betting the turn is best.
Hand 1: If he is decent like you say, he saw you 3 bet preflop so unless you've been doing this a lot recently he will probably put you on something decent. And then he bets the turn when a K falls. So it seems like he must have some kind of hand because he doesn't seem to care that this board is good for yout range. He also raised UTG which again means he probably has something. I think there is a decent chance he has a very good hand like 99 or AK. I think he would 4 bet with KK. Given that he has a hand I would expect him to fire the river so I would just call on the turn. He has like $34 left and the pot will be $31.75. If he makes any resonable bet he pot commits himself. Honestly it probably doesn't matter and you are getting his stack anyway if he has something and if he has QQ-TT or AJ he is folding to your raise here (or check/folding the river if you just call).
