I think your flop raise is fine.

I might check behind the turn sometimes but normally bet just like you did. From that point on, its too read dependant to say what I would do.

Actually against a donk I like betting the turn for value, and value bet the river aswell. I dunno about the turn, if you've seen him get crazy with any J in a spot like this then I would felt here.

As played this line screams a big hand, lead/call flop, C/R small turn is pretty much always a big hand. I see alot of people play sets like this.
