So it's been 3 days and you haven't even tried to call the company yet?
It's possible it's the power supply but doesn't mean that it is. What was the problem with it before? You only told me you sent it in and then complained about a different issue (not related to the computer) when you got it back. Could be related to that.

I called them yesterday and they are useless. They told me to try plugging it into a different outlet, which obviously didn't help. And now they want me to send it back to them, AGAIN.

The reason they want to have it back was because of the steps that LD listed. It's virtually impossible to diagnose without replacing parts and they certainly can't expect users to do it - especially those they aren't certain can plug it into a working outlet.

i have corsair 450W and it's very good and quiet.. i don't think you need stronger then that..
