Anybody do the PostgreSQL PT conversion??

I downloaded all the software this morning and am debating converting my DB over--anybody want to share stories of their conversions (good or bad) before I go tomorrow and do this?

And yes, it does go without saying--back up your databases BEFORE attempting to convert.

I did it. Had to jump through alot of hoops, but it works great. Follow the help files EXACTLY as it says. But now I have gametime + on Prima sweeeet.

You don't have to upgrade PT to Postgres to do the auto-downloads from Prima. You do need to install the correct driver to enable PT to read the Prima hand history database.

That said, what advantage is there to using the Postgres database with PT?
