I haven't played those games in particular but the quality of play in the SnGs is very poor up to $50 level. I played a PLO8 MTT once (thinking maybe $30 buyin or something) and the play was poor there, at least as bad as the ring games, if not worse.
The rebuy and add-on one at that time is almost guaranteed to be superhumanly bad, I'd have thought. PLO8 tourneys are a good value game online IMO, perhaps more so than ring games.
