Jamming on the turn... correct play?

What are your thoughts about jamming on the turn?

My thinking was that only 5 cards kill me (three 2s and two 3s -- the 3 of clubs is good). Any club and I get 3/4, otherwise 1/2. It seemed like a semi-freeroll, but....

My 2 thoughts are:
- Don't call that pre-flop raise OOP
- If you are going to call that flop raise you should have pushed all in. You are OOP if you flat call there are 4 possible scenarios:
1) You miss everything and are forced to fold to his turn bet
2) You hit the low and the %ages don't really change against a set.
3) You hit the flush with a high club and your opponent slows down. Since you are OOP it is going to be really hard to get the max out of this hand.
4) You hit the flush with a low card and now he really slows down and you don't get paid off.

On that flop my preferred play would be
1) Raise
2) Fold
3) Call.

If he is a VERY solid player (which you see very little at $25 tables) folding isn't bad but against everyone else shove it in a pray.
