Ive worked up my money quick... Haven't seen too much of the opponent. I have seen him call some big bets and make some big bets.. So that's my read.
dealt
[Ac] in the bb. 2 limpers and the sb complete. I raise to $5. Only the previously mentioned guy calls.
FLOP pot $12
[4c][Td]
Good flop for the aces. I have a backdoor flush draw. Just hope he hasn't hit a set. I act in front, so I bet my normal $10. Opponent calls.
TURN pot $32
[4c][Td][7s]
No backdoor flush for poor Kenny. I have to act first
...I hate being out of positon. I lead out for $20. He promptly calls.
RIVER pot $72
[4c][Td][7s][8h]
DAMNIT! every freaking time. 4 to the straight is out for the Jack or the 6. I find it hard to believe he had a jack though unless he holds J10 or JJ. I check. He bets $30 fairly quickly. Good bet by my opponent. I have to call $30 into a $102 pot. I think it's too good of a possibilty he's just represnting the jack and decide to call.
He shows JJ and takes down the $129 pot.
ANy way this can be played differently?? Anyone actually fold here?? It didn't seem like a real consideration to me at the time..but the more I look, there was quite a lot of hands owning me at this point. Lets hear it! All advice appreiecated.
