turn decision

yesterday night I played on empire on a 1/2 table, I have 325$, my opponent has 150$.

I have on the button and raise to 8$. Everybody folds except him>>
Flop is
He checks, I bet pot, he calls
Turn is , he bets full pot, what do you do ?

I think you are right but anyway, I called and hit a for a weak full house
opponent bet half pot now, is it a fold call or raise ?

he's effectivly nearly all in on the river

I would definitely not fold. I think I'd put him all-in as I'm gonna call anyway. You must be getting 3-1 odds on your call so you need to be correct about 25% of the time for it to be +EV. I think this is a situation where you have at least a 25% chance of winning so I would put him all-in.

Again, if the stacks were deep, I would just call. After my last post I realised that 889T could be a possible holding. I don't think I could fold this though given the fact that he just called the flop and then bet full pot when the straight draw completed on the turn.

I called, he had JJAT, I still dont understand his turn move ...I think he played it fine he had also heart flush draw on the turn

I agree with Martin here pretty much all the way. As your opponent had little money left I think I'd have just gone and put him in. He won't be folding a straight for a such a small amount and I think he turns over a straight more often than he does a winning boat, so it seems +EV.
