I suspect heads up 25PLO is a bit of an ATM. I'm not a great HU player, as I don't get that much practice; part of the skill involves building a wild, action-filled image so that you'll either get the chance to get your money in and stack through on a player who decides to start playing back at you, or run all over a meaker player who won't.
That said, HU omaha is the biggest variance game in the whole of poker. Beware!
I once lost about $1k playing heads up $100PLO in an hour or so; when your opponent hits a few hands you can get crushed very quickly. In this case, my opponent was pretty bad (as his play on a full table later suggested) but he woudn't lay down a hand and kept flopping sets when I had 2 pair etc. I was also tilting a bit after I dropped about 6 buyins to him. I picked up $400 or so back when the table filled up and he stopped catching everything.
