I think I'm calling that turn with 12 nut outs, I'm guessing he'll pay off on the river, 10 bucks or so. But folding ain't the worst thing in the world. I'm guessing you hit somewhere around 20-25% of the time, even given the possibility of someone holding some of your drawing outs. There's always the possibility that the other guy might call, giving you better odds to see the river. Plus, it never hurts to be seen as an action player. I don't think it's hugely +EV to call along, but unless you're sure the other player is a very tight, solid performer who is very very likely to have AQJ as well.

If you hit I think you're liable to win $40 or so, minimum, perhaps more depending on the looseness of your opponents, so I find it hard to lay down here. The possibility of a second player with the same draw lessens your number of outs, but th fact he may add another $10 to th pot sweetens that pill somewhat.
