So I two pair and the only straight is one that completed on turn and he didn't raise me. River missed the flush draw but my hand isn't that strong. He could have KT or caught a set or something. Who calls and who folds and why?

I folded this one. I have a feeling i need to call more when I think its a bluff but they are too marginal and might as well let it go.
