First hand of a tournament, I had TT under the gun and raised 4xBB. Button calls. Flop is AAT. I tried a check-raise but the guy also checked it. Turn is a Q, and I go all-in. Guy calls me, he has AT. Knocks me out first hand.
Another time, I had QdQc, guy calls my raise. Flop QhTdJd. I bet, guy calls. Turn is Tc, giving me full house. I bet, the guy thinks for awhile and finally calls. River 7d, I go all-in, he calls. He has 8d9d, hit his damn one-outer on the river for a straight flush.
That kind of stuff just doesn't happen in real poker.

Ha ha. Yeah, both from the first day of the Main Event. Jennifer Harmon got nailed with the one-outer straight flush, and Sammy Farha took out Goldie Hawn's kid on their very first hand of the tournament with the AT.
I think someone needs to check that WSOP RNG.

That line lost all credibility with me when in a live tournament, I saw a guy win from the BB with 72 and he got to 77722. Sure, it only happens online and only on the site YOU are playing.
