After nearly 20,000 hands (in my current PT database), I finally hit... my first straight flush.

Flop: (6 SB) , , (3 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

My first thought on the flop - wow, it'd be really cool if the Jack of clubs hit.

Turn: (4.50 BB) (3 players)
SB bets, BB folds, Hero calls.

River: (6.50 BB) (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, Hero caps, SB calls.

And look at that!!

Final Pot: 14.50 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has Qd Qc (straight flush, queen high).
SB has 7c 5c (straight flush, jack high).
Outcome: Hero wins 14.50 BB.

What was funny is that after the hand the SB gave me a hard time about what he called "chasing". Let's see, I've got an overpair, position, and a straight flush draw... Why would I not call his bets there?

EDIT: Actually, I just noticed when I pasted the results that he had a straight flush as well - no wonder he was so upset... Too bad for him.
