I dowloaded pokergrapher yesterday and something I think would be good is the same general grapher but wher you can overlay your BB/100 with your aggression factor over time, so you could see that you were less profitble when you were more aggression, or you were more aggressive whenever VSIP was lower.

Basicially something that can display 2 or more different variables over time, as ones game is rarely completely mechanical and automatic. It would be good to see the interaction of multiple variables.

I think pokergrapher is open source so I assume is fairly easy to tweak, if you have the know-how.

The Pgrapher idea is awesome molina, I have been using it eversince it came out, and was quite please to see that mogobu took it over and made it open source.

For Us Non-SQL'ers, an app that would allow us to compare the more obscure stats in our PT databases. LIke Times our flush draws hit and such. Basically a dbase interface for dummies. So we don't have to learn how to write huge queries that may or may not work on the 20th try.

I would like to see a tool that would tell you who are the Multi-Tablers at your table and how many tables they play at on average. I would also like it to be able to automatically put this fact in your Poker site notes or in your Poker Tracker notes.

I currently manually search for the players at my table and make this note myself. If the player has selected hide from search, I then scroll through all the tables (only Limit I'm playing at the time) and find them this way. I also note that they are hiding. There are of course player name changes, same player on a different Skin and other issues to contend with. The stats will take care of themselves the primary purpose is to merely identify them. Knowing a player is a Multi-Tabler has become valuable information for me since; a lot of them have a common style. Now when I open a table and see more than 2, It’s time go else where. Do not misunderstand me I do not dislike or think something is wrong about Multi-Tablers because, the complete opposite is true. I envy the talent, skill and brain power it takes to do this. I just want to make sure I’m not helping pay their expenses that’s all. I just want to know when they are present.

I also fully realize that every Multi-Tabler is not a world class player that is going to bust me out. Actually they tend to play a more tight game which is also another good reason to identify them. Ever been a really tight table? Next time, before you leave search for players and I will guarantee you that there are 3 or more Multi-Tablers seated. If you are using Poker Tracker you can cut and paste the names for the whole table without typing at all and be done in less than 2 minutes.

How about a seperate application to import hand histories so PT isn't useless during an import.
I have never understood why PT doesn't multithread to solve this problem.
“The real things to know is that folks will stand to lose more than they will to win. That’s the most important percentage there is. I mean, if they lose, they’re willin’ to lose everything. If they win, they’re usually satisfied to win enough to pay for dinner and a show. The best gamblers know that.” - Pug Pearson

Wrecks idea is definitely a good one, I have a large, non-sql database (I know it's a good idea, but I F'ed up the installation) and PT can freeze for a while sometimes.

Though I can imagine it could get tricky doing it for all the different sites.

Heh, got a PM asking me to respond to the thread - my apologies for not responding.

To be honest I've been a bit preoccupied lately due to all the new products my company has been churning out (I have a part in most of those software-related products).

The spark that I had when I created this thread is far from dead, though. I just need things to calm down a bit before I go back into this.
