Just wanted to let people know how well I was treated by The PT support folks.
This weekend my hard drive crashed bad enough that I had to start over. Among the many irreplacable items I lost (Many digital pictures that I hadn't backed up) was my PT program and data base. It was a great dissapointment as I am approaching 20 K hands which is beginning to be enough to really tell me some things.
After a system restore to the original configuration I loaded all my aftermarket programs. I re-downloaded poker tracker and the activation code I had orignally received didn't work. I e-mailed customer support (this was sunday afternoon) and the
PT staff had me back up within an hour of my e-mail.
Lesson Learned: BACK EVERYTHING UP!!!
