Well, I havent updated in a while so I guess I'm due. Let's see.....havent played as much as I would like lately b/c of school and work. Last week I hit up an exPP skin for a bonus which sucked ass b/c it was a complete garden. I was happy to see a VPiP was around 15% for the table. Blah. I just played extremely weak tight and cleared my bonus...ended up down $20 after it all due to some of the most amazing BS you have ever seen. I promptly closed my account and uninstalled it while making a mental note to never play at the ex skins anymore.

I've been playing a little (very very little) at UB and Party since. I played some today on PP and ended up the session a $130 winner. I've got some bonuses to work off their as well. I am now at 12.54PTBB/100 this month. I expect this to drop some but I am happy with my results. I have been concentrating more and have increased my aggressiveness ALOT. I am thinking more on the third and forth levels on a consistent basis now instead of just level 1 and 2. I plan to clear out these bonuses at PP and move to the $100 NL tables on 12/1.

Ok, so I've neglected this journal a bit this month but I've neglected my poker ALOT. I only mananged to get in 16 hours .

I was trying to get in 10 hrs a week...but I think for Nov I only got in 28 total and I did a piss poor effort of 16 hrs total this month. Damn, normally I would attribute it to laziness but I think it is fact that I have been out of school and am getting to enjoy some time w/ the Mrs.

January doesnt look to be much better as far as time b/c I will be out of town, w/ no PC access, for a week and a half.

The good news is that I have finally made the jump to .5/1NL. One night, about a week or 2 ago, I was bored (and full of liquid courage) so I hopped onto a table. I only played about 20 hands but I doubled up plus some . I know this is an uncommon event but I realized that I felt very comfortable with the bet sizes and stack sizes. I have since played it exclusively and think that I am done w/ the $50NL games for now.

I had to pull some money out of the roll for X-mas stuff...shame on me, shame. But I still managed a profitable month.

Ok quick update, i've been out of town so havent posted much recently and havent had any time to play much poker either. But given my current run, maybe not playing is a good thing.

I've been getting my balls kicked in lately.....i've dropped about 4 buy ins, 2 to bad-tastic beats, another spread out over small loses here and there and 1 to the tilt monster. Just seems that everything that can go wrong does go wrong lately.

I played for 3 hours tonight.....Good news: I posted a winning night (my first of the month)......... Bad news: I won $1.09. Yes, one dollar and 9 cents.

My ptBB/100 is negative

I've only played 1,000 hands this month so hopefully this is just some crazy short term crap but 4 buyins in that short of time is scary.

Here are my other numbers from this 1,000 hand nightmare.

VPIP: 21.27
WtSD: 25.37
W$SD: 50.72

Doesnt seem like I can do anything right lately but I guess I gotta just play through it as it seems that if you took away 3-4 hands I would actually be up a few buy ins. I dunno.

Any thoughts on these numbers, short term streaks, how to get out of a funk etc?

Many BTPers have been getting raped at the tables. ASSRAPED!!! I cant even tell how much. Xas, Rhound, MVP, Mecos, AlexMR..... dammit!

Oh well, I am winning at the outstanding rate of 3.5PTBB/100 and that is back on NL$50. I am just playing and and trying to be happy with my little winnings.

Hang in, NL$100 is not much better than NL$50. If you sustain 12PTBB/100 at NL$50 u should do very well is the $100 tables. Just wanted to tell you something, if evything that can go wrong is going wrong, why dont you spend that time losing less on NL$50 or even NL$25? That is so logical but just a few of us can do it!
