i cant beat $50NL anymore.

this is my confession. i have officially regressed to being a break-even poker player. and over my last 2500 hands i have managed to lose 4+ buy-ins.

i dont know what the hell im doing wrong with my game. i try to tighten up and i get beat. i try to loosen up and i get beat. i have moments of brilliance combined with occasional tilt and frequent bad beats. but it has been 2 months since i've been steadily winning.

and just for kicks:

i have AK and reraise a minraiser from the button.

flop K73. he check/calls my pot bet.

turn Q. i bet the irrelevant small amount that's left in his stack. he flips up QQ and i'm drawing dead.

I'm guessing you're playing Prima still.

Try different sites. I still say Prima $50 NL has overall the least fishy $50 games I've ever played.

I can't beat the $100 6 max at Prima or Crypto, but am comfortably beating the $200 6 max at UB and Stars.

And 4 buy-ins and 2500 hands is nothing - the variance is so crazy at 6 max that 4 buy-ins can be made or lost in 10 hands..

yeah I have this problem with the $50 NL tables on Stars. I crush the $25 and lower (when I played those) and I win comfortably on the $100 NL tables, but I cannot for the life of me win on the $50 ones. I checked my PT stats and they are nearly identical with the exception of W$SD and W$SF numbers are both lower.

I don't know if it is bad luck, or more rocks at level or what.
