I'd consider that pretty close to a worst case scenerio. Between your two opponents, they worked together to counterfeit the two main features of your hand--your low draw and your flush draw. Interestingly, if the villain who had the [Ad 3d] to counterfeit your flush draw had top set instead, then you become a huge favorite...
