note to self (and others like me):
don't play just after you wake up unless you're very alert. i just doubled up a guy (luckily short stacked) at a 200plo8 table thinking that i had the nut straight. oh yeah, you can't use three cards from your hands. he won with a nut low and a pair of freaking tens.
