Hand 1: OOP you might as well push, if he made a boat on the river you are going to pay him off either way, you cant fold for $25 into a $60 pot, plus there are hands that he calls with that you beat. He still possibly calls you with a str8 10.

Hand 2: I think you have to fold here, remember even lags make real hands, what makes a good lag successfull is they dont get credited with real hands when the have them because they play so many hands so agressively.. Most half decent lags wont put in the third raise without a real hand. Unless you have a read that he would make this reraise with bottom 2 pair or less I think you have to fold. You are a pretty solid dog vs a set or top 2.
