$100 PLO Crypto Hand, did I play this alright?

I just occasionally dabble in some Omaha as a change of pace from limit holdem, so I was playing this hand. I'll share my thought process at each street.

Maybe I should've folded here? I figure one of the Aces is suited, and I'm so use to not folding AA. With the PFR I figure he probably has AA too or another high pair, I think I'm OK seeing a flop.

Well, that's a pretty harmless looking flop. I'm thinking he can't have me beat right now, at worst its a split. I checkraise thinking I have the best hand and maybe he'll fold his AA, and if he calls I think the worst case is a split, and I did pair my 10 so that's a few more outs there.

i've used this play quite well when i get a read on someone that they raise big pair hands so he's likely to have KK and such and with some fold equity too. As monk says, high variance but a good play if you trust your read and its good to mix up your game a bit. If they only see you raising sets and such, it would be harder to get action.

Thanks for the help guys, I don't play PLO or 8 much so the variance aint too big a deal, though I wish I'd hit something tonite at the PLO200 Cryptos, some dude donated probably about $850 there for the 30 hands I had with him, and since one dude had a 10x buyin stack and another a 5x, I'm guessing he threw a bunch away before that.
