Two questions, check raise the flop max instead of leading out? What do I do on the turn? I either have them in bad shape or i'm practically drawing dead or maybe dead to KKAJ.

I would go for a check raise on the flop instead of leading. This is hand you want to get as much money as possible in on the flop. Your oosd is only the nuts one way so you pretty much have a gut shot. I really dont like that card, I'm pretty sure one of them has the nut flush draw and may have the J to go with it. I check and see whay the button does here.

Well, in conjunction with your check-raise discussion, I don't like it here unless it's a virtual certainty that button will bet it. I think that's one major aspect of the check-raise in general. You can't do it at these tables where it gets checked around a lot.

Anyhow, you have top 2 with a good draw, but clubs are very dangerous. Moreover, as the K illustrates, your draw has some big problems.

I think I play it the way you did here, and I check-fold the turn--might call a small bet to try to fill up, but, if they are repping AJ, they can just have it (every time I do otherwise, it seems like I'm beat).

Anyhow, you don't have the nuts and your redraw against the nuts is way to thin to put in the rest of your stack imo.
